Return Policy for Nutritional Supplements
Nutritional supplements are only eligible for a refund if they are sealed, unopened, and in like-new condition. A restocking fee of $1.50 USD will be deducted from the refund.
Before returning any item, it is important that you please contact us at info@my-balance.net for return instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund, minus the $1.50 restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you received an incorrect item. This allows us to promptly evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted, provided the item is in new, sealed, and unopened condition. We will deduct the $1.50 for the re-stocking fee and adjust the price towards the new items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
